How to request deletion

Sign in to VELTMATE, open Settings, and select Request account deletion. Confirm the request by typing DELETE. Only the signed-in account can submit and view its request.

What happens next

Your request is stored privately for manual review by the VELTMATE team. Submitting a request does not immediately close your account. The request covers your account, profile, uploaded photos, trading preferences and associated personal data, including messages and community activity. Any legal or safety retention requirements must be assessed during review. A processing deadline and final retention policy have not yet been published.
